Tricky map, but a really interesting one. It was a challenge to run this race 1 day after arriving to Portugal, because the terrain was something totally different what I'm used to.
The beginning of the race went OK, but I still didn't manage to avoid small mistakes. When I got to the control 8, I started to run much faster as I though that 'the tricky part was over'. Because of the speed, I misread the contours on the way to 10th control and made a huge mistake which cost me a lot of time.
I finished in 27th position and wasn't too satisfied with my race.
